Dar-Tech was formed in September of 1998. Prior to this time our founder had co founded and worked in a similar company for over 5 years.

What are some of ’s specialties?

IT Services for Small to Medium Business (SMB). Dar-Tech is the IT support staff for a number of Small to Medium Size Business. As our Microsoft Partnership attests we are proficient in the install, support and maintenance of their products as well as the equipment and networks they run on. We also provide hardware and hardware support for many of our clients. For some clients Dar-Tech supplies all their IT needs – including software, hardware, security products, network products, etc.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Dar-Tech has been working in this area since its formation and our founder has been in the CRM Industry since the early 90s. Currently we support clients in over 35 states. For over four years, our founder has been one of 3 members of an Advisory Board of a major vendor in the CRM space. Our CRM services include installation, support, design, customization and training of your CRM solution. These solutions are focused specifically for the SMB market and scale to Enterprise customers.

Where is located and what is our service area?

Dar-Tech is located in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago (Cary, IL).

Onsite services: we service the entire Chicagoland area and Southern Wisconsin.

Remote services: we provide support which covers the entire US. We are actively supporting clients in over 35 states at the present time. Most of this support is provided over the Internet with the ability to work directly on the server/workstation even though we are at a remote location.

Intelli*Care Server

With Intelli*Care Server your company will have 24 X 7 monitoring of the Server so we can address issues proactively rather than reacting to problems as they occur. Active review of services on a real-time basis. In addition – Patch Management, Security and Performance Monitoring is included.

Intelli*Care Workstation

With Intelli*Care Workstation your company will have 24 X 7 monitoring, Patch Management, Security and Performance Monitoring of workstations. This service also includes Asset Management of all hardware and software and Change Management which details what changes were made when which helps tremendously in diagnosing problems at a workstation level.

Continuous Data Protection (CDP)

Continuous Data Protection (CDP) provides an effortless method to protect the data of your firm. The CDP device is a self contained unit which provides continuous back for all selected folders and selected applications (including Active Directory, MS SQL, and MS Exchange) without any user intervention. The setup is easy and once done the backups are automatic without any effort or management. Up to 15 versions of file are kept on the device. Users are able to restore their own files without the ability to delete these files off the backup server. The software also allows for automatic offsite backup of files for disaster recovery.
